Stress and Anxiety can be completely debilitating and is something we all suffer with from time to time. Whether it is short term or long term stress, learning how to deal with and reduce underlying anxieties can greatly improve your ability to cope with whatever life throws at you and enhance your quality of life.
Long term (permanent underlying) stress can actually be very damaging for both the body and mind. Many people cope everyday with symptoms they don’t realise are caused by long term stress.

How Holistic Therapies Support You
Reflexology, Reiki and Massage are all fantastic ways of helping to reduce stress and anxiety levels, helping you to cope calmly with situations you might otherwise find quite stressful.
They all help by relieving tension in the body, reducing the stress hormones that are released into your body and allowing the body to rebalance itself. Complementary therapies like this can also help to calm the mind, as well as deal with many specific ailments.
Stress /Anxiety Treatment Plan
As an individual’s particular stressors can all be very different, each treatment plan needs to be personally tailored. I start with a holistic assessment of your lifestyle, diet, and spiritual wellbeing before suggesting an individualised treatment plan. I use an integrated holistic approach involving in-clinic treatments, recommended lifestyle changes and ‘at home’ self treatment.
You will need to start with a few sessions in fairly quick succession. Cumulative treatments close together significantly elevate the body’s ability to rebalance & heal, achieving a positive impact on lowering your stress levels more quickly.
As part of the treatment, we will also discuss lifestyle, nutrition and sleep hygiene (routines for helping you sleep) to empower you to better manage your own health and improve your whole well-being.
I recommend an initial series of 6 treatments over a 3-4 month period to help kickstart your well being and assess whether the treatments are having a positive impact on lowering stress and anxiety.
I am very happy to book you in for individual sessions, however a package of 6 sessions includes a free treatment. Any subsequent treatments after the initial 6 can be bought in blocks of 6 or individually.
